The Pro Farmer tour found corn a little worse than trade expected, but the only 2 states completed on day 1 were South Dakota and Ohio.
Ohio was pegged at 148.96, slightly above last year at 148.37 and well under the USDA estimate of 163.
South Dakota was 149.78, below last years findings of 165.94. The USDA was at 147 in August.
The market didnt react to the numbers overnight with corn off 3-4 and beans off 5-7.
